[su_spoiler title=”How do I Checkout?” class=”my-custom-spoiler”]

After you’re done shopping for the images, you must click “Checkout” to be transferred to the checkout page. Here you will need to choose between payment with PayPal or in case you have purchased credits, you will be able to pay using them. We have on this page a seperate explanation regarding use of credits. After choosing the form of payment, you will be asked to enter your personal info (email, first and last name). Then, please take the time to review our license agreement by clicking on “show terms”. You will then be requested to check the box confirming you agree to the license agreement. Once you are done, click on “Purchase” to be transferred to the payment page. Please note that if you are using purchasing a free image, you will be directed to the Purchase Confirmation instead of the payment page.

After filling out the information and clicking “Purchase”, you will be transferred to PayPal’s login page, where there are two payment methods in two tabs.

In case you do not have a PayPal account: you can choose the lower tab to fill out your credit card information and make the payment.

If you have a PayPal account: you can login and pay immediately.

Once payment is complete, you will receive an email at the address specified in the checkout process, with links to the images you purchased.

[su_spoiler title=”How do I buy credits and use them for purchasing images?” class=”my-custom-spoiler”] Instead of buying an image with PayPal, you can choose to register as a user and receive major discounts by using our store credit system.

In order to buy the credit, you must first log in, and then go to our discounts page, where you will have an option to buy credit. You can choose between different credit plans. Each point of credit is worth one dollar when buying on our site. After choosing the credit plan, click on “buy credits”, and you will be automatically transferred to PayPal in order to pay for the credits. These credits will be deposited into a virtual wallet, and stored under your username. Whenever you wish, you can come back to Jvisual and log in to use your credit for purchases.

In order to make use of the credit during checkout, when you reach the checkout page, you can simply choose the “Use my Credit” payment option, instead of the PayPal option. Once you run out of credit, you can always go back and fill your virtual wallet with more.

Why should you buy credits instead of just paying with PayPal? Because if you buy for instance 1,000 credit points for 100 dollars, you will in fact be able to buy 100 images (for 10 dollars each) for the price of 100$ – which was the cost of the credit – instead of 1,000$! [/su_spoiler]
